I am the founder of systemsCHURCH. Notice the emphasis is on the Church. Many ministry leaders today are exhausted and on the verge of burnout. I want to help them be healthy and whole in their church leadership role.
My life changed when I went through a debilitating season of burnout as a new pastor. I discovered that my understanding of how churches work was wrong. And I found out that my way approach to leadership was actually undermining my goal of building a healthy, flourishing congregation.
Systems thinking coaching for church leaders has two goals. First, I want you to understand what is really happening in your church. Second, I want to equip and empower you to bring positive change through healthy systems leadership.
As a leadership coach and church consultant, I’ve helped hundreds of leaders and churches become healthier and more fruitful by adopting a systems approach. Applying a systems approach helped stifled leaders and stuck churches break out of their constricting conditions to live into the freedom that Christ intends for his church and his people.
I’ve been in numerous leadership positions for 40 years. Following a career as an Army strategic intelligence officer, I’ve been in pastoral ministry for 30 years. and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership focused on leading the church as a system.
